Returns and Refunds

Initial contact for damages, returns, or refunds must be made within 5 calendar days of order delivery.

If you need to cancel an order contact us immediately! No later than 24 hours after order is placed. Go to our contact page.

You can return items that are:

  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Pink Blossoms Boutique, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Some exclusions may apply (see below).

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Clearance items
  • Holiday items
  • Necklaces

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

We are so sorry to hear this! At Pink Blossoms Boutique, we aim to provide quality items to our wonderful customers and will do what it takes to make it right. However, initial contact must be made within 5 calendar days of order delivery.

If your item is damaged or incorrect you must:

  • Contact us immediately!Contact Page
  • Include in detail the issue with the item.
  • Include pictures of the item with the issue.
  • Include your name, email address, phone number and invoice number.

Do you refund shipping charges?

  • We do not refund shipping charges.

We do not do exchanges.

Stolen Items

All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. If your order gets stolen, Pink Blossoms Boutique is not responsible. 

Original Payment

Pink Blossoms Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

NOTE:

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund.
