Please read ALL the following terms of sale. By reading the Terms of Sale you will avoid any confusion or disappointment. By shopping at Pink Blossoms Boutique you agree to ALL the terms of sale, and you acknowledge that you are aware of ALL of the following, as NO Exceptions will be made:

All payments must be in U.S. Funds.

Customers may pay by Credit Cards (VeriSign), Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or Personal Checks. You may also call in your Credit Card payment for Customers who aren't comfortable paying over the Internet.

PERSONAL CHECKS TAKE 10 DAYS TO CLEAR, SO PLEASE KNOW THAT YOUR ITEM WILL NOT SHIP FOR 10 DAYS.

CREDIT CARDS accepted through VeriSign. All Payments must be received within 10 days from date that you receive your purchase-invoice.

For payments being mailed in the form of Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check, please include a secure street address or P.O. Box when sending payment. Purchases are shipped within 24 hours of receipt {excluding weekends & holidays} of payment by credit card, money order or cashiers check. Items paid by personal checks will be shipped once the check has cleared (usually 10 days).

Buyer agrees to pay all Shipping, Handling & Insurance costs. All shipments will include Insurance charges for your protection.

STANDARD SHIPPING OPTION:

USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 days delivery time. All shipments will be insured and deliveries confirmed. Our Standard Rate Schedule is based upon this level of service and includes Shipping, Handling & Insurance. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail-Insured (except as noted**) and will be invoiced accordingly.

**Any alternative method of shipping must be requested by email and a second invoice will be sent to you via email for the additional charges (the difference between our Standard Rate Schedule and the actual cost of your requested method of shipment). All additional invoices must be paid prior to shipping. To avoid the potential delay of waiting for a second invoice, please email us prior to placing your order and we will provide you with the additional cost so that you can generate one payment.

SPECIAL SHIPPING OPTIONS: All of these choices listed below will generate a second invoice reflecting the additional charges and must be confirmed via email from buyer instruction and from seller in the form of a revised invoice acknowledgement.

USPS Express Mail overnight or 2nd day in rural areas. All shipments are insured and deliveries confirmed.
United Parcel Service (UPS) Overnight Express

SHIPPING METHOD FOR ALL LARGER ITEMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

You will be contacted via email when purchasing larger items Shipping charges will be revised. You will need to provide your ship to address & zip code to calculate shipping. A revised invoice will be sent at this time.

United Parcel Service (UPS) may be used for larger items.
Freight Companies may be used for larger items.
Global Priority or Global Express will be used for all International Orders.

Layaway sales are accepted on any item priced over $200.00.

All payments must be made by credit card {Verisign} or cashiers check, money order or personal check.
First payment (1/2 of total cost) is due within 5 days of reserve date.
Final payment (1/2 of total cost) will be due 30 days after reserve date.
A layaway agreement form will be emailed or faxed to you upon acceptance of an item for layaway. A signed copy of the form must be returned to me within 5 days of reserve date.
All layaway sales are final. No returns will be accepted or refunds issued on any layaway item(s). Should any of the scheduled payments be missed, all monies paid to date will be forfeited and the item(s) will be relisted for sale.

Antique & Vintage merchandise {Laces, Hankies, cloths, china etc.} are fragile and need to be treated with TLC. If you look very carefully, you may find some evidence of age on these unique, one of a kind treasures & my description are very accurate. Almost all Vintage Ribbons from France are store stock, meaning that they where never used so I state OLD/NEW STOCK, many are from closed mills in pristine conditon.

Antique/Vintage Merchandise Condition Key:

Pristine/Perfect - No obvious evidence of wear and/or no visible flaws.

Excellent - Evidence of gentle wear and/or minor visible flaws.

Very Good - Evidence of wear and/or some significant visible flaws; Integrity of the piece not compromised.

Fair - Significant evidence of wear and/or major flaws; stains, spots, small tears, piece good for study purposes or for project that can be embellished with items in fair condition, if its broken china then its great for mosaics projects, if textiles they are great for embellishing pillows or crazy quilts.

Returns are accepted only if the condition of the merchandise is not as presented by the seller; Misrepresented or Damaged in shipment and only then will we grant an Authorization for return, and returns in this nature are subject to a 25% restocking fee and for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Your satisfaction is very important to us & this is why we make certain that our pictures & descriptions are as accurate as possible.

All Jewelry items are sold as *FINAL SALES, *NO EXCEPTIONS. We personally inspect each piece of jewelry that arrives in stock for Quality Assurance. JEWELRY ORDERS *ALL SALES ARE FINAL ALL MAXIMAL ART Jewelry is BRAND NEW CONDITION, NEVER WORN, this policy is for your benefit that you will never receive anything but a brand new piece(s) of Maximal Art Jewelry. In Regards To "Antique or Vintage" jewelry that we offer on occasions listed under "One-of-a-Kind", then of course it would have most likely been worn, it's an "Antique" and again *ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Cancellations on any order from in-stock or non-stock item(s) or on any advanced order or held merchandise (removed from inventory) will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee and will not be waived under any circumstances.

Pink Blossoms Boutique must be contacted by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of your order, if your return meets our policy as stated herein. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization, and will need approval with an authorization code to be accepted. *NO EXCEPTIONS Failure to do so will void any & all authorization and merchandise will be shipped back to you.

Once a return is authorized the item must be shipped in the same condition as sent, by the same carrier and fully insured, within 3 days of original receipt. Failure to do so will void any return authorization given and item(s) will be returned to you.

When return conditions stated above are met, a refund is issued for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Pink Blossoms Boutique does not reimburse original S/H/I charges. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all authorized returns and will not be waived under any circumstances. Merchandise must be returned and received in the same condition it was shipped.

No returns are accepted on International purchases. *NO EXCEPTIONS
